I have had 25 years experience as a personal trainer with a background in competitive gymnastics and athletics.
As an exercise specialist I educate clients on correct form, the importance of exercise adherence, coaching the technical progressions for building strong bodies, often bridging the gap between therapy and performance. I am dedicated to designing purposeful and individually inspired exercise programs - because one size never fits all!
I enjoy a variety in training: from the high level athlete to those who need help with correcting movement dysfunctions and for many years I worked alongside physical therapist in gyms as a rehabilitation trainer assisting those recovering from injuries back to fit and able bodies.
I am passionate about core training and my latest qualification as a Power Yoga Teacher has enabled me to progress this interest further!
