Small Group Training

If you like the idea of having a personal trainer, but would either prefer to train with others or share the costs, then small group training could be what you're looking for.

Group training gives you access to a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.  You'll get a friendly, entertaining, motivating, effective and safe training session.

The size of the group will be between 3 and 5 people, and you still get a health and fitness assessment and your own programme to follow for the rest of the week.

Most groups are made up of a group of friends who want to train together, which is a great way to have fun with your mates and you all help motivate each other to reach your goals, encouraged by your trainer.

However we can also put you together with others who want to train in a group, if we can match you up with people we think you'd enjoy training with. If you'd like to take advantage of this type of training but don't have friends who want to join you, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
